Arval is guided by a simple idea: to give perfect client service, you need to be close to clients. 

Because we believe that being close to our clients is the key to providing a quality service every day, we decided to use a regional office model for our organisation.

This closeness is ensured by our decentralised organisation that is made up of 16 local offices in order to:

  • Benefit from a dedicated sales team on a human scale. This guarantees you a fast response at the key stages of your contract (e.g. pricing, order and delivery).
    Keep the same Arval contacts (Sales Engineer, Client Manager and Sales Assistant) throughout our working relationship, to ensure better contract follow-up.
  • Benefit from our negotiating capacity with manufacturers and local distributors.

With Arval, you concentrate solely on managing your vehicle fleet. You delegate day-to-day management. You can now concentrate all your efforts on your business. 

This operational management includes all the actions and initiatives that have an impact on the vehicle and the driver:

  • Operational management of the contract lifecycle: order, delivery, invoicing, input of readjustments and return,
  • Resolution of operational problems,
  • Coordination with third parties (accessory suppliers and dealers),
  • Management of databases (drivers and cost accounting invoice centres),
    Print-out and sending of tax information,
  • Effective delivery of the vehicles and services procured.
