The task of Arval Assistance is to help drivers in any situation on the road and provide mobility.

  • When further driving is impossible due to failure or any other reason (accident, theft, etc.) Arval provides vehicle towing, repair and other services (journey continuation, lodging), depending on the Assistance package type which has been chosen by your company.
  • You will find the name of the package on the card you received at the time of the vehicle collection - an Arval Assistance consultant will inform you what range of services you are entitled to.
  • The Arval Assistance line (06 80) 278 250 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Substitute vehicle

Arval offers several types of substitute vehicles. The type is chosen by Arval client – so by your company.

  • If you are entitled to a substitute vehicle, you will find this information on the Arval card you received at the time of the vehicle collection – an Arval Assistance consultant will inform you what range of services is included in your package.
  • If the service station assumes that defect removal/repair will last more than 24h, you will immediately receive a substitute vehicle, pursuant to the chosen package.
  • You are entitled to a substitute vehicle just for the repair period of your company car.
  • When your company car is ready, you will be asked to collect it and return the substitute vehicle.
  • Arval Assistance agrees on the time and place of the vehicle collection – it is usually the service station by which your vehicle is repaired.
  • You are not allowed to refuel the substitute vehicle using the Fuel Card assigned to your company car.
  • You should return the substitute vehicle clean and with the same fuel level as in the moment of collection.
