Fuel Cards
A Fuel Card entitles to fuel cashless purchase. The card is assigned to a specific car (the registration number is entered) and cannot be transferred to other vehicles, including substitute vehicles.

If Arval provides Fuel Cards for your vehicle, they are sent to your company. A PIN code to the card is sent separately.

Apart from buying fuel, you may use the card to pay only for accessories and services required for current exploitation, such as car wash, liquid for sprinklers, motor oil for refill, bulbs, wiper blades. Additional products, such as: cigarettes, alcohol, comestibles, newspapers, are not included. Every card has short information about its scope prepared by the issuer. The expiry date is on the card.

When you order a card, you also define its purpose. Fuel Cards are valid in Poland.

If you plan an abroad trip, you should make sure that the Card’s validity has been extended. To change the scope, the fleet administrator of your company should contact Arval.

You should not keep the card together with the PIN code. The PIN code must not be made accessible to a third party.

After every refuelling you should give the exact mileage of the vehicle.

If you return or replace the vehicle, you will be asked to return all the Fuel Cards.
