Accident, collision, theft
If any damage/collision, burglary or theft occurs and the package of your vehicle Arval insurance includes the service called Damage liquidation, please adhere to the following procedure.
In case of road accident please make sure that you and other participants of the incident are safe.
If any of the participants gets injured please call the ambulance by dialing 112
If any of the participants gets injured please call the ambulance by dialing 112
- In case of any damage you should contact Arval Assistance as soon as possible.
- You should call the police in case of any damage, with the exception of park damages, when the perpetrator is unknown – unless the Arval consultant recommends otherwise. A police report enables to avoid refusal in awarding damages.
