Your company car is insured by our insurance programme ARVAL CASCO created for the needs of car fleets owned or managed by Arval. The programme provides a wide range of insurance security.
- By the vehicle collection you should receive an insurance policy certificate. In case of its lack please call the Drivers Service Centre: (+36 1) 279 3300
Main duties of the users
- The user must be entitled to driving motor vehicles in accordance with the law of the Republic of Poland.
- The user must report damage to the insured motor vehicle in 7 days from the moment of its appearance.
- If the car gets stolen, the user must report the theft to the police in 12 hours from the moment of obtaining the information about the vehicle loss and then inform Arval Assistance of the theft.
- On application of the damage liquidator and the insurance company, the user is bound to provide the damage liquidator with all essential information, evidence and letters of attorney concerning the event/accident or vehicle loss/theft.
- The user is bound to support those parties in order to establish the essential facts and abandon any operations which could have unfavourable results on the interests of the insurance company. He should not for example: abandon the venue and the car after the incident, unless he had been taken by an ambulance.
- The insured loses his right of indemnity if the user deliberately gives untruthful information about the reason, character or range of the vehicle loss or damage.
